سياسة الخصوصية

Agents Studio منصّة عربيّة لبناء وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي للأعمال، تتيح للموظفين بناء وكلائهم الذكيّين وربطهم بأدوات العمل اليوميّة عبر OAuth. مسؤول البيانات (Data Controller) عن هذه السياسة هو:

Agents Studio is an Arabic-first platform for building AI agents for business. It is operated by Ali Almatrafi, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact: a.f.almatrafi@gmail.com.

نجمع نوعين فقط:

• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي عند التسجيل عبر «Sign in with Google».

  Account data: your name, email address, and profile picture URL collected when you sign in with Google.
• بيانات OAuth للأدوات: رموز الوصول (access tokens) للأدوات التي تربطها بنفسك (Gmail، Google Calendar، Google Drive، Notion، Telegram). تُحفظ مشفّرة، ولا تُعرض لك ولا لأيّ شخص آخر مرّة ثانية.

  OAuth tokens for integrations: access & refresh tokens for the services you connect (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Telegram). Stored encrypted; never displayed back to you or anyone else.
• محتوى محادثاتك مع الوكيل: الرسائل التي تكتبها للوكيل، ومخرجاته، وقائمة الأدوات التي استدعاها أثناء الإجابة. نحفظها لتتمكّن من مراجعة سجلّ نشاط وكيلك.

  Agent conversations: the messages you send to your agent, its responses, and the tools it invoked. Stored so you can review your agent's activity log.
• بيانات استخدام أساسيّة: تواريخ الجلسات، عدد الرسائل، الأخطاء التقنيّة — لتحسين المنصّة وكشف المشكلات.

  Basic usage telemetry: session timestamps, message counts, technical errors — for product improvement and debugging.

تُستخدم البيانات حصراً للأغراض التالية:

• لتمكين الميزات التي تطلبها من وكيلك (قراءة بريدك، جدولة موعد، البحث في Drive).

  To power the features you ask the agent to perform (reading your email, scheduling a meeting, searching Drive).
• لتذكّر تفضيلاتك وسجلّ محادثاتك حتى تستعيدها لاحقاً.

  To remember your preferences and conversation history so you can come back to them.
• لإصلاح الأخطاء وتحسين أداء المنصّة (telemetry غير مرتبط بمحتوى رسائل).

  To debug issues and improve platform performance (anonymized telemetry, not message content).
• لإبلاغك بتغييرات جوهرية في الخدمة (عبر بريدك الإلكتروني).

  To notify you of material changes to the service (via your email).

لا نستخدم بيانات Google API لتدريب نماذج ذكاء صناعي. لا نبيع بياناتك. لا نُشاركها مع جهات إعلانيّة. لا نسمح لأيّ نموذج ذكاء بالاحتفاظ بمحتوى رسائلك بعد انتهاء جلسة المعالجة.

We do NOT use Google API data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. AI inference providers receive your data only for the duration of a single request and contractually agree not to retain or train on it.

راجع صفحة «عن المنصّة» لتبرير كلّ صلاحية بالتفصيل. باختصار:

• gmail.readonly، gmail.send، gmail.compose، gmail.modify — لتلخيص البريد، إعداد الرّدود، تنظيم Inbox عند طلبك.
• calendar، calendar.events — لقراءة جدولك، إنشاء وتعديل الاجتماعات.
• drive.readonly، drive.file — للبحث في ملفاتك، وإنشاء ملفّات يولّدها الوكيل بنفسه.
• openid · email · profile — لتعريف هويّتك داخل المنصّة.

نعتمد على مزوّدي بنية تحتيّة مقتصرين على معالجة البيانات نيابة عنّا. لا يستخدمها أيّ منهم لأغراضه الخاصّة:

• Supabase (قاعدة بيانات Postgres + المصادقة): تخزين الحسابات والمحادثات. السيرفر في كوريا الجنوبية (aws-1-ap-northeast-2).
• Anthropic و OpenAI: مزوّدا نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. تُرسَل رسالة المستخدم وسياقها فقط أثناء طلب واحد، ولا تُحتفظ ولا تُستخدم في التدريب (شروط API الخاصّة بهما).
• Vultr (استضافة): يستضيف خوادم المنصّة في فرانكفورت/أمستردام.
• Cloudflare: DNS فقط (Grey cloud — DNS only). لا تمرّ البيانات عبر Cloudflare.
• Google: لمصادقة Gmail/Calendar/Drive عبر OAuth، وفقاً لسياسة Google نفسها.
• Notion: عند ربط حساب Notion للوصول إلى الصفحات.
• Telegram: تبادل الرسائل بين الموظف ووكيله عبر بوت Telegram البخاصّ بالموظف (BYO bot).

لن نُشارك بياناتك مع أيّ طرف آخر عدا اللازم قانونياً.

We may also disclose data when required by valid legal process from competent authorities, or to protect the security of the service and its users.

• بيانات حسابك ومحادثاتك: محفوظة طوال نشاط حسابك. تُحذف نهائيّاً خلال 30 يوماً من طلب حذف الحساب.

  Account data & conversations: retained while your account is active. Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• رموز OAuth: محفوظة حتى تلغي الربط من «قنوات التواصل». تُحذف فوراً عند إلغاء الربط.

  OAuth tokens: retained until you disconnect the integration. Deleted immediately on disconnect.
• سجلّات تقنيّة (telemetry): تُحفظ 90 يوماً ثم تُحذف.

  Technical logs (telemetry): retained 90 days then deleted.
• البيانات الواردة من Google APIs لا تُخزّن إلّا قدر الضرورة لإكمال طلب الموظف، ولا تُستخدم بعد ذلك.

  Data received from Google APIs is held only as long as needed to fulfill the user's request and is not further processed.

• تشفير كلّ OAuth token باستخدام libsodium SealedBox مع مفتاح مشتقّ لكلّ workspace (HKDF).

  All OAuth tokens encrypted at rest with libsodium SealedBox + per-workspace HKDF-derived keys.
• Row-Level Security على مستوى الصفّ في Postgres — لا يرى workspace بيانات workspace آخر.

  Row-Level Security in Postgres — every workspace is fully isolated from others.
• كلّ الاتصالات عبر TLS (Let's Encrypt) فقط.

  All connections served over TLS (Let's Encrypt).
• وصول بشري إلى البيانات الإنتاجيّة محدود بمسؤول المنصّة فقط، ولا يحدث إلّا للأمان أو الامتثال للقانون.

  Human access to production data is restricted to the platform operator and used only for security or legal compliance.

كموظّف عربي تستخدم المنصّة، لك الحقّ الكامل في:

• الوصول إلى بياناتك ومراجعتها (من «الإعدادات» داخل المنصّة).

  Access and review your data (from Settings within the platform).
• تصحيح أيّ معلومة غير صحيحة في ملفك.

  Correct any inaccurate information in your profile.
• حذف حسابك بالكامل في أيّ وقت — تُحذف كل بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً.

  Delete your account at any time — all data removed within 30 days.
• إلغاء الربط مع Google من myaccount.google.com/permissions أو من «قنوات التواصل» داخل المنصّة.

  Revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from Settings > Connections inside the platform.
• طلب نسخة قابلة للنقل (Data export) عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

  Request a portable export of your data via email.
• الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك أو تقييدها.

  Object to or restrict our processing of your data.

لممارسة أيّ من هذه الحقوق، أرسل لنا رسالة إلى a.f.almatrafi@gmail.com — نردّ خلال 7 أيّام عمل.

المنصّة موجّهة للموظفين البالغين (18 سنة فأكثر). لا نجمع بيانات شخصيّة من أطفال دون 13 سنة عمداً. إن علمنا بأنّ طفلاً قد قدّم لنا بيانات، نحذفها فوراً.

The platform is intended for adult professional users (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

تُعالَج بياناتك في خوادم تقع في كوريا الجنوبيّة (Supabase) وأوروبا (Vultr). باستخدامك المنصّة فأنت توافق على هذا النقل.

Your data is processed on servers located in South Korea (Supabase) and Europe (Vultr). By using the platform you consent to this transfer.

نستخدم ملفّات Cookies فنيّة فقط للحفاظ على جلسة تسجيل دخولك. لا نستخدم cookies إعلانيّة ولا cookies لتتبّع المستخدمين عبر مواقع أخرى.

We use only essential session cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة لتعكس تغيّرات في المنصّة أو متطلّبات قانونية. عند التحديث، نرفع تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، ونرسل لك بريداً لو كان التغيير جوهريّاً.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date and email you for material changes.
