شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك منصّة Agents Studio («المنصّة»)، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط («الاتفاقية»). إن لم توافق، فضلاً امتنع عن استخدام المنصّة. الاتفاقية بينك وبين علي المطرفي، مشغّل المنصّة، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعوديّة.

By using Agents Studio ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Agreement is between you and Ali Almatrafi, the operator of the Service, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Agents Studio منصّة عربيّة تتيح للمستخدم بناء وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي يمكنهم الوصول إلى حسابات الأدوات (مثل Gmail و Calendar و Drive و Notion) بعد إذن صريح من المستخدم عبر OAuth، وتنفيذ مهامّ يطلبها المستخدم نيابة عنه.

Agents Studio is a platform that lets users build AI agents which, after the user explicitly authorizes via OAuth, can access their connected accounts (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, etc.) and perform tasks on their behalf.

يجب أن تكون 18 سنة فأكثر، وقادراً قانونياً على إبرام عقد. باستخدامك المنصّة فإنّك تُقرّ بأنّك تستوفي هذه الشروط.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

• أنت مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات تسجيل دخولك (تتمّ المصادقة عبر Google OAuth أو رابط سحري).

  You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials (authenticated via Google OAuth or magic link).
• أنت مسؤول عن أيّ نشاط يصدر من حسابك أو من الوكلاء التي تبنيها.

  You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account or from agents you build.
• بإمكانك إلغاء ربط أيّ أداة (Gmail، Calendar، Drive، Notion، Telegram) في أيّ وقت من «قنوات التواصل».

  You may revoke any integration (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Notion, Telegram) at any time from Settings → Connections.
• لا تستخدم المنصّة لأيّ غرض غير قانوني أو يخلّ بحقوق الآخرين.

  You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

تُمنع الأنشطة التالية صراحةً:

• إرسال رسائل غير مرغوبة (spam) أو احتيالية (phishing) باستخدام وكلائك.

  Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing using your agents.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لبيانات مستخدمين آخرين أو لأنظمة المنصّة.

  Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data or to platform systems.
• هندسة عكسيّة أو محاولة استخراج نماذج الذكاء أو الرموز السرّية.

  Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract AI models or secrets.
• بناء وكلاء لأغراض مخالفة للقانون (نشر معلومات مزيّفة، تشهير، تحرّش، إلخ).

  Building agents for unlawful purposes (disinformation, defamation, harassment, etc.).
• إعادة بيع المنصّة أو وصولها لطرف ثالث دون اتفاقيّة كتابيّة.

  Reselling the Service or its access to a third party without written agreement.

ننتفذ هذه القواعد بصرامة. مخالفتها قد تؤدّي إلى إيقاف الحساب فوراً.

• المحتوى الذي تنشئه: ملكٌ لك بالكامل. هذا يشمل: المحادثات، وصف الوكلاء، تعليمات النظام، الملفّات التي ترفعها. نحن نرخّص لنفسنا فقط لتشغيل الخدمة لك (تخزينها، عرضها، إرسالها لنماذج الذكاء عند الطلب).

  Your content: you retain full ownership. We license it only to operate the Service for you (store, display, forward to AI providers on demand).
• المنصّة: ملكٌ لنا، بما يشمل الكود والتصميم والعلامة. لا يُمنح لك أيّ ترخيص للملكيّة الفكريّة للمنصّة عدا حقّ الاستخدام لأغراض الخدمة.

  The platform: code, design, and brand remain our property. No license to our intellectual property is granted beyond the right to use the Service.
• القوالب الرسميّة: القوالب التي تعرضها المنصّة في «القوالب» مُرخّصة لك للاستخدام داخل وكلائك، ولا تملكها بشكل حصري.

عند ربط أداة (Gmail، Calendar، Drive، Notion، …) فإنّك تأذن للمنصّة باستخدام الصلاحيّات المعروضة لك في شاشة موافقة Google أو مزوّد الأداة، ولأغراض محدّدة في سياسة الخصوصيّة و صفحة عن المنصّة. يحقّ لك إلغاء أيّ ربط في أيّ وقت.

When you connect an integration, you grant the platform the scopes shown on Google's (or the provider's) consent screen, strictly for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and About page. You may revoke any integration at any time.

المنصّة حاليّاً مجانيّة لمستخدميها الأوائل. قد نُقدّم خططاً مدفوعة مستقبلاً، وفي هذه الحالة سنُبلغك مسبقاً ولن تُحتسب أيّ رسوم دون موافقتك الصريحة.

The Service is currently free for early users. We may introduce paid plans later; we will give you advance notice and no fees will apply without your explicit consent.

• تقدر تحذف حسابك في أيّ وقت من «الإعدادات» — تُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً.

  You may delete your account at any time from Settings — your data is removed within 30 days.
• نحتفظ بالحقّ في إيقاف أو حذف حسابات تخالف هذه الشروط، بعد إخطار معقول إن أمكن.

  We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after reasonable notice where possible.
• الأقسام التي تبقى سارية بعد الإنهاء: ملكيّة المحتوى، إخلاء المسؤوليّة، حدود الالتزام، القانون الحاكم.

  Provisions that survive termination: content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law.

المنصّة مُقدّمة «كما هي» («as is») دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنيّة. لا نضمن أنّ الخدمة ستكون دائماً متاحة، أو أنّها خالية من الأخطاء، أو أنّ مخرجات نماذج الذكاء ستكون دقيقة 100%. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة أيّ مخرج قبل اعتماده.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل مشغّل المنصّة أيّ مسؤوليّة عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعيّة أو خاصّة ناتجة عن استخدامك للمنصّة، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات. إجمالي مسؤوليّتنا المباشرة في أيّ حال لن يتجاوز الرسوم التي دفعتها فعلاً خلال الأشهر الستّة السابقة (وهي صفر إن كانت الخدمة مجانيّة).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data. Total direct liability shall not exceed fees actually paid by you in the prior six months (zero where the Service is free).

توافق على تعويضنا عن أيّ دعوى أو خسارة ناتجة عن استخدامك المخالف للمنصّة أو مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو انتهاك حقوق طرف ثالث.

You agree to indemnify the operator against any claim or loss arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. نُعلن عن التغييرات الجوهريّة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل المنصّة قبل سريانها بسبعة أيّام على الأقلّ.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least seven days before they take effect.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعوديّة. أيّ نزاع لا يُحلّ ودّياً يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصّة في مدينة الرياض.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh.
